RELAUNCH

Overview

This is a complimentary programme for women who are currently not in employment and now wish to return to the workplace.
This one day programme will be delivered over two mornings, by Irish Times Training on the 6th and 7th of March 2024 from 9.30am to 12.30pm each day.

Under three key pillars - Commitment, Competence, and Confidence
our Subject Matter Expert will work with participants to assist them in improving their confidence and self-esteem, becoming ‘career-ready’,and in working towards their personal goals and objectives.

In addition each participant has the opportunity to avail of a one hour mentoring session with a senior executive within the Medtech Industry

Objectives

Specifically designed for the Irish Medtech Skillnet, the Irish Times Training RELAUNCH programme is a tailored 1-day programme for women returning to the workforce which aims to:

• Develop participants’ self-confidence
• Empower individuals to further their careers, and to work towards personal development and career goals
• Assist participants in developing their own ‘personal brand’, to help in pitching themselves more successfully
